How is time calculated?
- Time starts from the moment we meet on-site. Waiting in line is working time.
- Up to 30 minutes of preparation is free.
- Overtime - 1,500 ฿ per hour.
- Outside Bangkok, a minimum of a full day is required, plus travel, accommodation, and tickets. Travel time is considered working time.
- Transport, government fees, copies and certified translations are paid separately.
- If you need case management after the meeting, the interpreter fee is credited toward an UnblockPro package ordered within 7 days.
Why clients feel at ease with me
I have a degree in Russian philology and studied Thai for several years at UTL language school in Bangkok. Over 10 years I've accompanied foreigners at business meetings, banks, police stations, hospitals and factories.
In 2026 I handled several bank cases for one client at the same time and helped Chinese clients with frozen accounts and police statements. Difficult situations are part of my everyday work.
If the issue goes beyond translation, I involve licensed Thai lawyers and specialists through my company UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD.

Frequently asked questions
Can you interpret by phone or video?
Yes. I join via WhatsApp, Telegram or Zoom: calls to a bank, clinic, supplier or landlord. From 1,500 ฿ for 30 minutes.
Do you work outside Bangkok?
Yes, anywhere in Thailand, including factories and trade shows. A full day minimum plus travel and accommodation; travel time counts as working time.
Can you find a supplier in Thailand?
Yes. I help find and vet suppliers and arrange visits and negotiations. Charged at the daily rate; we agree on the scope in advance.
Is urgent, evening or weekend work possible?
When possible. Message me and I'll tell you right away if I can make it. The price for such cases is agreed in advance.
How do I cancel a booking?
More than 24 hours in advance — free. Less than 24 hours — 50%. No-show or cancellation after the start — 100%.
Are you a lawyer?
No, I'm an interpreter and local representative. If you need legal help, I'll arrange a meeting with a licensed Thai lawyer and interpret it.
