How time is counted
- Time starts when we meet on site; waiting in line counts as working time
- Up to 30 minutes of preparation is free. If more is needed — reviewing documents, preparing questions, translating materials in advance — it is 1,690 ฿ per hour, and I tell you the scope before starting. If preparation turns into a case review, I will offer an UnblockPro package.
- On-site accompaniment beyond the paid time — 1,690 ฿ per hour.
- Outside Bangkok — a full day minimum plus travel and accommodation; travel time counts as working time
- Transport, government fees, copies and certification are paid separately
- Interpreting does not include drafting letters, case strategy or follow-up correspondence with the bank or police — that is separate work.
Payment & cancellation
- Payment: 100% before work starts, larger tasks in stages
- PromptPay, bank transfer in Thailand or SWIFT from abroad
- Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance — free
- Less than 24 hours — 50%; no-show or cancellation after the start — 100%

- Urgent, evening or weekend work — when possible, price agreed in advance
5-day packages
- The 5 × half-day (29,900 ฿) and 5 × full-day (52,900 ฿) packages are paid in advance. Each day follows the rules of a regular half day or full day, including overtime and trips.
- The days can be used in any order within 3 months of payment.
- If a package is not fully used, I refund the difference: the amount paid minus the days used at the single-day price.
Personal assistant
- Personal assistant — from 42,900 ฿ a month, up to 32 hours. The hours include meetings, visits, calls and messages in Thai on your behalf, and travel time within Bangkok.
- I do not count short messages between visits. Time is counted in 30-minute units. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.
- Beyond 32 hours — 1,690 ฿ per hour. Transport and case management are separate.

Pricing FAQ
Why is the price the same for a bank and a hospital?
It's fairer and simpler: you know the cost in advance, and I don't split tasks into “easy” and “hard”. You pay for time, not for the situation.
The meeting takes 2 hours — do I pay for a half day?
Yes, the minimum for on-site work is a half day (up to 4 hours). If the matter can be handled by phone or video, you can book a call from 1,690 ฿.
Can I pay in US dollars or another currency?
Payment is in Thai baht: PromptPay, bank transfer in Thailand or SWIFT from abroad. Bank fees are paid by the sender, and the full amount must arrive in Thai baht.
How much does a Thai interpreter cost?
A call or video call is 1,690 ฿ for up to 30 minutes, half a day (up to 4 hours) 6,490 ฿, a full day (up to 8 hours) 11,900 ฿. Beyond the paid time, 1,690 ฿ per hour. Prices include 7% VAT, with one rate for any meeting.
How much does written translation from Thai cost?
Standard document translation is 1,090 ฿ per page, certified from 3,190 ฿, and with notarisation by a notarial attorney or legalisation arranged from 5,290 ฿.
Are there discounts?
Regular clients can take 5-day packages. There are no one-off discounts: the price is the same for everyone.
