When you need an interpreter in Pattaya
In a café or on the beach you can get by with gestures and a phone translator. But where every word affects money, documents or your safety, you need someone who knows Thai and understands how things work here.

Viewing apartments, negotiating with the seller and agent, meeting the condo management, visiting the land office. I interpret and explain exactly what you're signing.

How a trip to Pattaya works
I am based in Bangkok. The drive to Pattaya takes about two hours each way, so it is best to book a trip in advance, 1–2 days ahead. If I am already working in Pattaya on the days you need, we will fit around that.

All prices include 7% VAT.
Example day: about 2 hours on the road from Bangkok, up to 4 hours on site (for example, a bank and immigration) and about 2 hours back — 8 hours in total, 11,900 ฿. If you need more time on site, each extra hour is 1,690 ฿, or we plan an overnight stay and a second day.
Transport, accommodation (if an overnight stay is needed), fees and certified translations are paid separately. Payment is by PromptPay, bank transfer in Thailand or SWIFT from abroad.
