Frequently asked questions
Are you a customs broker yourself?
No. Customs clearance is done by licensed partner brokers. I find the right broker and help with suppliers, translation and communication in Thai.
How much does customs clearance cost in Thailand?
It depends on the goods, their HS code, value, volume and route. The broker gives an exact price and timeline after seeing the product description and documents.
Can everything be done without coming to Thailand?
Often, yes: the broker works from documents, and I can visit the factory or warehouse and send you a photo and video report.
Can any product be imported?
Most can. Some categories (e.g. food, cosmetics, medicines, equipment) need additional permits. The broker will tell you in advance what's required.
Can you help find a supplier in Thailand?
Yes. I'll find and vet suppliers, arrange a visit, go to the factory and interpret the negotiations. Charged at the daily rate.
