Your representative in Thailand
Your person on the ground: I'll attend meetings, go where needed, submit documents, keep things on track and report back — while you're abroad or simply don't want to deal with it yourself.
Mike Boldyrev. I've lived in Thailand for 14 years and have represented foreigners for 10: in business, at banks and government offices, with suppliers and in personal matters.
- Reportafter every step: text, photos or video
- Price before paymentI confirm the scope and cost in writing
- No client moneyyou pay suppliers and partners directly
- 6,490 ฿half day: a meeting, a visit, submitting documents
What I do as your representative
I follow the agreed plan and keep you informed at every step.
Meetings & negotiations
I meet partners, suppliers, landlords and contractors on your behalf or with you on a video call. I attend and interpret when contracts are signed.
Documents & offices
I submit and collect documents, visit government offices, banks and companies, and handle messages and calls in Thai. Under a power of attorney, only within the scope a lawyer sets.
Purchasing & suppliers
I find goods or equipment, check the supplier, visit the warehouse or factory, monitor the order and packing, and hand the cargo over to a broker.
Property
I view apartments, houses or offices, talk to the agent and owner, check renovation progress and contractors' work, and send photos and video.
Banks, police, immigration
I accompany and represent you where it matters to explain the situation correctly and understand the answer. A frozen bank account goes through UnblockThaiBank.
Help for you and your family
If your relative, friend or employee is in Thailand, I can meet them, take them to a clinic, help with renting, a phone plan and everyday matters, and keep you updated.
What clients ask me for most often
I work with clients from many countries; terms are discussed individually.

A4 paper from Thailand
The most common request for over 10 years: find a manufacturer, check the supplier and paper quality, and negotiate the price.

Exporting Thai goods
Cosmetics, dried fruit, spa products, crocodile and stingray leather goods: I find manufacturers, visit warehouses and monitor the order until it's handed to the broker.

Entering the Thai market
For foreign producers I look for buyers in Thailand: shops, restaurants and bakeries. I also help with supplies of equipment and food products.

Representative FAQ
How much does a representative in Thailand cost?
A call on your behalf is 1,690 ฿ for 30 minutes, a half day is 6,490 ฿, a full day is 11,900 ฿ and a personal assistant is from 42,900 ฿ per month. Prices include 7% VAT; I confirm the exact price in writing before payment.
Can we work fully remotely?
Yes. Many clients aren't in Thailand at the time. You set tasks in a messenger, I carry them out and send reports with photos and video, and connect you by video when needed.
Can you act under a power of attorney?
In some cases, yes. A lawyer prepares the power of attorney and defines what it covers. I act strictly within that scope.
Do you accept money to pay suppliers?
No. You pay suppliers and partners directly — it's more transparent and safer for you.
How is a representative different from an interpreter?
An interpreter works alongside you at a meeting. A representative can do the task for you: go there, negotiate, submit documents and report back.
What if I need legal help?
I bring in a licensed Thai lawyer and interpret your work with them. I'm not a lawyer and don't give legal advice.
