Terms of Service

1. About these terms

“I” means Mike Boldyrev, an interpreter and representative in Thailand. Services are contracted and paid for through UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD., a company registered in Thailand that I run. “You” means the person or company using the website or booking services.

When you book a service, these terms apply together with the written booking confirmation: a message or email with the date, place, time and price. If they differ, the written confirmation takes priority.

2. What services I provide

• Interpreting in person or by video or phone: banks, police, hospitals, immigration, negotiations, factories and trade shows.
• Representing your interests while you're not in Thailand: meetings, documents, checking properties and suppliers.
• Written translation of documents, plus help with certified translation, notarisation and legalisation.
• Finding suppliers, factory visits and negotiations on purchasing and export.

I'm not a lawyer or a law firm. Legal advice, court representation and letters signed by a lawyer are handled by licensed Thai lawyers; I can arrange a meeting with a lawyer and interpret it. Case management (a frozen bank account, visas, a company) is a separate service of my company UnblockPro.Asia, not interpreting.

3. Information on the website

• Articles, guides and prices on the website are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice on your situation.
• Thai banks and government offices change their rules often. I update the pages, but some details may become outdated, so I check your specific task before starting.
• Client stories on the website are real, but names and personal details are removed or changed. Every situation is different, and a past outcome does not mean the same outcome for you.

4. Enquiries and booking confirmation

• Sending an enquiry is free and puts you under no obligation.
• I clarify the task and confirm the date, place, time, format and price in writing.
• Your time slot is reserved once you pay according to the booking confirmation.

5. Prices and how time is counted

• Current prices are on the Prices page, in Thai baht, including 7% VAT. Prices marked “from” are starting prices: I confirm the exact price in writing before you pay.
• One rate for any meeting: a bank, police station, hospital, factory or negotiation costs the same.
• The minimum on-site booking is half a day (up to 4 hours). Short questions can be handled by phone or video call.
• Time starts when we meet at the location. Waiting in a queue counts as working time. Up to 30 minutes of preparation is free.
• Work beyond the paid time is charged at the hourly rate on the Prices page.
• Outside Bangkok: a full day minimum plus travel and accommodation; travel time counts as working time.
• Urgent bookings, evenings and weekends are subject to availability; we agree the price in advance.

6. Payment

• First booking: 100% upfront. Regular clients pay a 50% deposit and the rest after the meeting.
• Payment is in Thai baht by PromptPay or bank transfer in Thailand, to the details in your booking confirmation.
• After paying, please send me the payment slip. I issue a receipt and, on request, a tax invoice.
• Transport, government fees, copies, certification and the services of lawyers, notaries and other third parties are paid separately and agreed before payment.

7. What's included and what's not

Included: interpreting and accompaniment during the paid time, and up to 30 minutes of preparation.

Not included: written translation of documents, drafting letters and statements, case strategy, and follow-up messages or calls to the bank or police after the meeting. This is separate work, and I quote its price in advance.

If you need case management with UnblockPro.Asia after the meeting, the interpreter fee is credited if you order within 7 days.

8. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free: I refund the payment or move it to another date, whichever you prefer.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the price.
• No-show or cancellation after work has started: 100% of the price.
• If I cancel the meeting, you get a full refund or a new date that suits you.

If you cancel, third-party costs already paid, such as tickets or accommodation, are not refunded.

9. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful information and genuine documents.
• Tell me the exact place, time and on-site contact in advance, and arrive on time.
• Let me know about important changes, such as the bank moving the appointment or a new letter.
• Make sure the money and transactions related to your matter are lawful.

10. Interpreting and confidentiality

• I interpret accurately and neutrally, without adding my own opinions. If something is unclear, I ask rather than guess.
• I don't sign documents or make decisions on your behalf without your written instruction.
• Everything I learn about you and your matter stays confidential. How I handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Outcome and liability

Banks, police, hospitals, immigration and other authorities make their own decisions and work at their own pace. I cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeline.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, my liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. I'm not responsible for decisions of third parties or for indirect losses, such as lost profit.

12. When I may decline or stop work

I may decline a booking or stop work if:

• it requires illegal actions, fake documents or payments to officials;
• the information or documents you provided are false;
• there are grounds to believe the money or transaction is unlawful;
• you are abusive towards me or other people at the meeting.

In that case, work already done is paid for, and I'll explain in writing how the rest is settled.

I never ask you to pay to details that are not in your booking confirmation. If someone contacts you in my name from another account, check with me first.

14. Using the website

• Don't use the website for unlawful purposes, try to hack it or send false enquiries.
• Texts, photos and videos on the website belong to me or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source; for anything else, please ask for permission.
• Links to other websites are for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a disagreement arises, please write to me first and we'll try to settle it by agreement. If that isn't possible, the dispute goes to the competent court in Bangkok.

These terms are published in Russian, English and Chinese. If the versions differ, the Russian version applies.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the services or the law change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. Bookings already confirmed go ahead on the agreed terms.

Case management with UnblockPro.Asia is governed by the company's own terms and Service Agreement.
