In short

I only ask for the contact details and information needed to answer your request and handle the meeting.
I never sell your data
No data sales and no ad networks. Data goes only to those involved in your matter and to the services I use for my work.
You control your data
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. I reply within 30 days.
Thailand’s PDPA
The website follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, and access to your data is restricted.
thai-eng.ru is the personal website of Mike Boldyrev, an interpreter and representative in Thailand. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the site or book my services, why it is needed, who it is shared with and what rights you have. It follows Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the PDPA.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD., a company registered in Thailand that I run. Requests from this website go into the company’s client records system.
Registration No.: 0105568213649
Office: Phaya Thai, Bangkok — meetings by appointment
Personal data requests: mike@unblockpro.asia
2. What data is collected
- When you send a request through the form: your name, the contact method you choose and your contact (WhatsApp number, Telegram, WeChat ID, LINE ID or email), the service you need, city, preferred date, a description of your task and how you found me.
- When you message or call me: your messages, voice notes and the files you send.
- When I work on your order: only the information and documents needed for the meeting or translation, for example documents for written translation.
- When you pay: the payment receipt, amount and purpose, and for a tax invoice your name, address and tax ID. Payments are made by PromptPay or bank transfer, so card numbers are not collected on this website.
- When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address, device, browser and the pages you open. See section 7.
Some information may count as sensitive data under the PDPA, such as details of medical treatment or a police case. Such data is processed only with your explicit consent and only for your request.
3. How your data is used
- To reply to your request and confirm the price.
- To provide the service: interpreting, accompaniment at meetings and, at your request, correspondence or calls in Thai on your behalf.
- To issue receipts and tax invoices and meet accounting and tax requirements.
- To publish a review or case story — only with your separate consent. Names and details you don’t want shown are not published, and the publication can be removed at your request.
- To keep the website secure, understand which pages are useful and improve them.
Your data is used because you ask for a service, because Thai law requires it, or because there is a legitimate interest in running the website securely. For sensitive data, your explicit consent is requested. Your data is never sold, and no marketing messages are sent without your consent.
4. Who your data is shared with
- The other parties to the meeting, at your request: a bank, hospital, police, immigration, partners or suppliers.
- Licensed UnblockPro.Asia specialists — lawyers, accountants, immigration agents — if the matter goes beyond interpreting and you agree to case management.
- Services that help me in my work: HubSpot (client database and enquiry form), Yandex Metrica (website analytics), the website hosting provider, YouTube (embedded videos) and the messengers you choose to contact me on: WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat and LINE.
- Government authorities, when Thai law requires the information to be provided.
5. Storing data outside Thailand
Some services — HubSpot, Google, Yandex, the hosting provider and messengers — store data on servers outside Thailand, for example in the US, Europe or Russia. Only established services with their own security commitments are used, and data is transferred only as the PDPA permits.
6. How long data is kept
- Requests that did not become an order: as long as needed to reply and clarify details. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
- Order materials: while the work is in progress and afterwards for as long as they may be needed to answer questions or claims about the work.
- Payments, receipts and tax invoices: for the period required by Thai accounting and tax law.
- Website analytics: in line with the data retention settings of Yandex Metrica.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Cookies and analytics
- Language: a cookie remembers the site language you chose.
- Analytics: Yandex Metrica helps count visits and understand which pages and buttons are used. It may record actions on the page, such as scrolling and clicks (Webvisor), so I can make the site easier to use. Metrica is switched on only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice.
- Enquiry form: form data is sent to HubSpot only when you submit your enquiry.
- Videos: YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode. If you play a video, YouTube may set its own cookies.
The website does not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working but may not remember your language.
8. How your data is protected
- Only those working on your order have access to your information and documents.
- Accounts are protected with strong passwords and, where possible, two-step verification.
- Please don’t send passport numbers, bank account numbers or passwords through the website form. If documents are needed, I’ll tell you how to send them safely.
No system is completely secure. If a data breach may affect you, you and the authorities will be notified as the PDPA requires.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can:
- access your data and get a copy;
- ask to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask for your data to be deleted or no longer used;
- object to the use of your data or ask to restrict it;
- receive your data in a common electronic format;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
To make a request, email mike@unblockpro.asia or message me on any messenger. I may ask you to confirm your identity and will reply within 30 days. If Thai law requires some data to be kept, such as accounting records, I’ll explain this.
10. Minors
The services are intended for adults. If someone under 20 needs help, their parent or legal guardian should get in touch.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the services or the law change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. It complements the general privacy policy of UNBLOCK PRO ASIA CO., LTD.
