REPRESENTATIVE · BANGKOK & ALL OF THAILAND

Your representative in Thailand

Your person on the ground: I'll attend meetings, go where needed, submit documents, keep things on track and report back — while you're abroad or simply don't want to deal with it yourself.

I'm Mike Boldyrev. 14 years in Thailand, 10 years representing foreigners in business, banks, government offices, with suppliers and in personal matters. I speak Thai, English and Russian.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we work fully remotely?

Yes. Most clients aren't in Thailand. You send tasks by messenger, I do them and send reports with photos and video, and bring you in by video call when needed.

Can you act under a power of attorney?

In some cases, yes. A lawyer prepares the power of attorney and defines what it covers. I act strictly within that scope.

Do you accept money to pay suppliers?

No. You pay suppliers and partners directly — it's more transparent and safer for you.

How is a representative different from an interpreter?

An interpreter works alongside you at a meeting. A representative can do the task for you: go there, negotiate, submit documents and report back.

What if I need legal help?

I bring in a licensed Thai lawyer and interpret your work with them. More details on the lawyers page.
